Next Play is the platform trainers use to sell and run their classes. The training itself is provided by the trainer, not by us. These terms cover your use of the platform.
The short version
We provide the software. Your trainer provides the training. Money goes from the family to the trainer, and we take nothing out of the trainer's rate.
Booking without an account
There is no account to create and no password to keep. A booking is identified by the email address given at the card screen, and the receipt sent to that address is the record of it.
An adult must make the booking. Enter an athlete's name only if you are their parent or guardian, or have their permission.
What we do and what your trainer does
We provide the software: the schedule, the booking, the payment, and the notices. Your trainer decides what the classes are, what they cost, where they happen, and what happens if one is missed or cancelled.
Questions about a class belong with your trainer. Questions about the platform belong with us.
Paying for classes
Prices are set by your trainer and shown before you pay. A service fee is added at checkout on its own line, so you can see what the class costs and what the fee costs.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and cancellations follow your trainer's policy.
For trainers
You are responsible for the classes you sell, for holding any licenses or insurance your work requires, and for the accuracy of what you publish on your page.
You keep your full rate. We do not take a commission from it.
Using the platform properly
Do not:
- Break the law, or use the platform to harm or harass anyone.
- Try to reach data that is not yours.
- Interfere with the service or the people using it.
- Copy, resell, or scrape the platform.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the platform can work, and nothing more.
Ending it
A trainer can stop using Next Play at any time and ask us to remove their space. We can suspend or close a space that breaks these terms or puts people at risk.
Classes already paid for are handled under that trainer's cancellation policy.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the platform available and correct, but we provide it as it is. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of the training itself, which is between you and your trainer.
Nothing here limits any right you have that the law says cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
