Is it really free for trainers?+
Yes. No monthly fee, and you keep your full rate on every session.
What do my families pay?+
Your rate, plus a service fee and a processing fee, both shown as their own lines at checkout. On a $60 session that is about $3.75 on top, and you still receive the full $60.
Can I cover the processing fee myself?+
Yes. It is passed to the customer by default, and you can switch that off in your payment settings and absorb it instead. The service fee always sits with the person booking.
Do families need to download an app?+
No. They book, pay, and check in from any phone browser. There is nothing to download.
Do families need an account to book?+
They browse and pick a session without signing in, then create an account or sign in at checkout. It takes a moment and keeps their bookings in one place.
How fast can I start taking bookings?+
Claim your link, connect payments once, add a session with a price, and share it.
How do I get paid?+
Families pay when they book. Your earnings go to the bank account you connect, and you can see a running total any time.
How does check-in work?+
Post your QR code where athletes arrive. Returning athletes scan to check in, first-timers scan to book, and you get a live read on who showed.
Can I run a whole facility on this?+
Yes. Add staff, run multiple programs, and manage check-ins across sessions.
